We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and quick to answer. The home and pool were such a vibe! It’s a quick 5 minute walk to a private beach, very convenient. Would recommend and stay here again!
The location & accommodations were superb for our family of 7 (ages ranging from 15 months to 61 yrs)! The Bid A Wee private beach access (with boardwalk & ADA accessible) is literally just a couple of blocks away. The availability , & responsiveness of Dowmtown Vacation Rentals was excellent. They promptly answered all questions before and during our stay as well as addressed all concerns we brought to their attention while there. I highly recommend this rental. Only suggestion (as with renting any Airbnb) - always ask in advance if there are things shown in rental listing pictures or on rental description that are no longer in service or have since been removed from the property (or won’t be in service during your stay).

The home was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The private pool in the fenced backyard was a great spot to relax after a day by the ocean. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process simple. A small but thoughtful touch we appreciated was the toilet paper and paper towels being tied with ribbon—it made the home feel especially welcoming. We would gladly stay here again!

My family has a wonderful vacation just steps from the beach! The pool gave us the best of both worlds pool and beach , host was very friendly and the size was perfect for us to be very comfortable .
The service here was incredible, Brady was awesome and accommodating . How was clean and very comfy
Really nice place. A ton of kitchen space and sleeping area. Paid to heat the pool which was a great decision. Short walk to private beach.
We stayed with four adults, 1 toddler and 1 seven year old. We loved the layout and the backyard pool area. The beach is two blocks away and is gated private access. So clean and beautiful! The host was amazing and so responsive to any questions we had - pool temp, internet, etc. they provide travel size soaps and starters, but aside from that it’s bring everything yourself if you’re out of town. That part was a little hard getting everything we needed for beach days with kids, but we understand not all airbnbs provide beach gear. The host did recommend a local beach chair rental company who was amazing and we did rent those for the week. Overall great stay!
There was ample room for everyone. The upstairs and downstairs deck were very convenient. We spent most of our time at the pool!
